Login and Ordering

Everyone is welcome to browse our extensive catalogue...you do not have to be a current customer, but you will need to call us and register an account in order to use online ordering (see below). Please follow the login instructions carefully.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS who already have an account with us should login below using their account code (eg MAB1) as username, and their postcode including the space (eg TN24 6BX) as password. PLEASE ENTER USERNAME & POSTCODE IN CAPITALS. If you cannot login, then we do not have your latest email and/or postcode details. Please call us on 01342 834528 and we will update our records immediately and activate your online ordering.

NEW CUSTOMERS are welcome. In order for you to see the correct discounts and prices please enter the username as 'SHOP' for florists and shops, 'HOTEL' for hotels and restaurants, and 'HOME' for homeworkers, students and other non-VAT registered individuals. The password for all is 'GUEST'.

Assuming you login correctly, the prices you see on each page are a guideline only (excluding VAT). Cut flower prices vary in line with day-to-day fluctuations in market prices; prices given on this site are therefore "Today's price".

All items listed on the catalogue are currently available, but this is by no means our full listing. To order or enquire about non-listed and special items, please phone on 01342 834528, or email us.

To use our online ordering service it is necessary to have an account with us. If you are a new customer, you can register by calling us on 01342 834528. Please note, new commercial buyers will be required to provide written proof of VAT registration in order to qualify for discounted prices.

Orders are welcome from individuals, sole traders, companies, public and private businesses. Orders are taken on a Wholesale only basis. Orders placed online will be acknowledged by email. Payment is then either on agreed terms or by credit card/debit card/cash on collection or prior to delivery. Customers can choose via the online ordering process to either come and collect their orders in person, or select from various delivery options at standard cost. Please note we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays. Orders for next day delivery need to be received by 3pm on the previous day.

Please note availability of some flowers may be dependent on timing of auctions.
