Making a purchase: Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling: We normally fulfill orders within 2 working days of receipt of order; however, special occasions (eg. weddings) might require more time to fulfill. Please contact us on 01342 834528 if you would like more information on when your order will be ready.

Delivery Schedule: Orders are shipped by Business Post, either on a Standard Delivery schedule or on Premium Rate services where delivery is guaranteed by 9am or 10.30 am the day after your order is ready. Alternatively, buyers are more than welcome to come to the Lingfield site to collect their orders in person. Our opening times are: 9-4 Monday, Thursday and Saturday, 7-4 Tuesday and Friday, 7-6 Wednesday, and 10-4 Sunday.

Back Orders: Due to the constant change in availability of cut flower, we do not normally allow back-ordering. However, we may on occasion be able to fulfill orders for items recently removed form the catalogue. Please phone us on 01342 834528 if you have a special request.

Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
